All products sold on this Site are digital gift card codes delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Important: Once a gift card code has been delivered to your email address, it is considered "consumed" for refund purposes, even if you have not yet redeemed it on the respective platform.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers (e.g., Google, Apple, Steam, Netflix). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies of these third-party platforms.

3. No Refunds Policy

        All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a gift card code has been delivered to your email.
      

Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review):

Refund requests may be considered ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within 1 hour of code delivery
The code has not been redeemed on any platform
You provide verifiable proof of the issue (screenshots, error messages)
The issue is confirmed to be on our end (e.g., invalid code, wrong region)

4. User Responsibilities

By purchasing from our Site, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete contact information
Redeem gift cards only on the platform and region specified in the product description
Not attempt to resell, transfer, or commercialize gift card codes obtained from our Site
Not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent accounts, or engage in any illegal activity
Keep your account credentials (if applicable) secure and confidential

Region Lock Warning: Many gift cards are region-specific. Redeeming a code in the wrong region may result in permanent loss of value. Always verify the compatible region before purchasing.

5. Payment & Security

We accept payments via:

Order Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your gift card code will be sent to the same email address immediately or within 24 hours in rare cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Issues arising from third-party platform policies, outages, or changes
User error in redeeming codes or selecting the wrong region

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific gift card in question.
