Due to the immediate electronic nature of our products, once a code has been delivered to your email address, it is considered "consumed." We cannot verify if a code has been used or stored elsewhere after delivery.

Proof Required: You must provide clear evidence (screenshots) showing the redemption failure error message from the official platform.
Important: Most gift cards are region-locked. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the gift card purchased matches their account's region.
If you purchase a US-region card and attempt to redeem it on a Brazilian account (or vice versa) and it fails, this does not qualify for a refund.

For cryptocurrency (USDT) payments, refunds are issued in USDT to the sending wallet address. Network fees may apply.
